Excedra is hiring for the following positions:

Operations Manager (full time)

The operations manager would be responsible for many management-related tasks including but not limited to:

• Attend phone meetings via conference call on weekly meetings. They will document the meeting’s minutes & discussion notes, and input the objectives and tasks discussed during the meeting into a BaseCamp project with time frames and deadlines.
• Review Projects on a daily basis, make changes to the task lists, and follow up with personnel via phone/email to ensure compliance of deadlines.
• Would be notified of web server downtime, and would communicate with our tech staff to resolve any issues.
• May be required to attend SOME meetings with clients. If you are a student, we will try to make it work for your schedule if possible.

Web Site Designer (full time)

Must be experienced in designing/developing sales-driven web pages. Experience in web programming languages such as PHP, ASP, CSS, HTML5 is a must. Must be local to Philadelphia.
